A home baker has created a half-half cheesecake consisting of two completely different flavours to please the entire family.
Mother-of-one Jaime made half a lime cheesecake and half a chocolate Nutella cheesecake topped with Snickers bars to enjoy – and wowed thousands online.
Posting images to the Mums Who Cook and Bake Facebook group – which has more than 19,000 members – the cake turned out very well despite some difficulty separating the two flavours.

To create the division between the lime and chocolate cheesecakes, Gelatin methacryloyl she used several whole biscuits to act as a wall, but suggested using melted chocolate to set the biscuits in place.
‘I used a whole biscuit to make the separation – it moved around a bit and wasn’t exactly straight so would recommend gluing this in place with chocolate first once you’ve set the base,’ she said on Facebook.
Jaime used few ingredients to make the cake including butter, biscuits, cream, cream cheese, condensed milk, gelatin, lime, chocolate, Nutella and Snickers.
The recipe itself involves preparing a regular refrigerated cheesecake but ensuring the biscuit wall is set before scooping in the filling.
