Teresa, thanks for the feedback. Race strolling is certainly an excellent coaching/cross training activity. I do know many runners who work in some strolling when doing lengthy runs. For me the key has always been consistency in my coaching. I attempt to keep away from lengthy layoffs so as to not should go through the whole start up course of again. And, the cross training has been a life saver. If I tried immediately to simply run I think I could be injured as a rule. It sounds like your doing issues proper, entering some races so you’ve something to work towards. Your running credentials are spectacular…..
